Irrigation Systems:

Mass Fluid Technologies Pty Ltd can provide initial consulting services for new installations and retro-fit situations. The systems that are designed are cost effective and robust systems which optimize water usage and maintain plant requirements.  The design team utilize the IRRICAD software to produce designs for overhead sprinkler or drip type systems.

Mass Fluid Technologies Pty Ltd specializes in big bore pipe systems both UPVC and PE and has a fleet of serviced machinery with trained operators. Our machinery can be hired out with an operator to accommodate other projects if only trenching and backfill is required.

We install both sub-surface and overhead systems and can offer the right advice for any application.

Pumping and Filter Stations:

Mass Fluid Technologies can provide flexible options for pump and filter stations for both design and construction or fully specified. Both single pump and multi-pump systems can be built with Mass Fluid Technologies Pty Ltd capable of undertaking manufacture of all pipe and manifold components, including hot dip galvanizing and stainless steel.

Mass Fluid Technologies Pty Ltd can provide pump options for unpowered remote sites through diesel engine power or diesel generator.  As well as non powered sites Mass Fluid Technologies Pty Ltd can build powered sites both single and three phase with numerous pump control options available, dependent on requirements.

Mass Fluid Technologies are also able to construct pump shed slabs, pump shed structures and filter housing.

In addition to pump systems Mass Fluid Technologies Pty Ltd can offer a wide range of filter options both manual and automatic and for Primary and Secondary applications.

Water Harvesting and Alternative Water Use:

Mass Fluid Technologies continually seek ways in which to harvest water and utilize alternative water sources in domestic, commercial and agricultural applications. Some options Mass Fluid Technologies Pty Ltd choose are commercial grade water tanks – both above ground and underground. In addition to harvesting water we install large scale effluent dispersal systems to EPA and DERM requirements. Mass Fluid Technologies Pty Ltd can advise on dust suppression systems for mine sites, quarries and recycling plants.

Mechanical Installations:

Mass Fluid Technologies have the resources to undertake mechanical installations on aeration systems for water treatment plants both locally and interstate. Mass Fluid Technologies Pty Ltd install fixed floor and lift out-type aeration grids as well as the associated air main pipe work and supports, making connection to site air blowers.
